By using the services at Editing Solutions, you (herein referred to as “The Customer”) agree that you are bound to the following terms of service:

The Customer agrees to refrain from any legal action against Editing Solutions and its staff due to any real or perceived loss of damages or loss, financial or other.

The Customer acknowledges that Editing Solutions cannot guarantee results for any submitted work, including a minimum grade for essays or guaranteed acceptance for applications.

The Customer has the responsibility of going through each suggestion and comment made by Editing Solutions and deciding whether to follow them or not.

The Customer acknowledges that Editing Solutions is under no legal obligation to refund the price of any service performed.  It is The Customer’s responsibility to bring about any complaints to Editing Solutions within one week, by sending an e-mail to info@editingsolutions.ca.  Each complaint within this time period will be dealt with on an individual basis.  After this one week time period, Editing Solutions will consider The Customer satisfied with the services received and will permanently discard The Customer’s documents.

The Customer understands that services cancelled after purchasing are subject to a cancellation fee.

The Customer holds all intellectual property rights to his or her own work.  Editing Solutions does not hold these rights at any time.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content of the document and ensures that the work being sent is his or her own and not in violation of any copyright law.  Editing Solutions is not responsible for copyright infringement.

Editing Solutions agrees to never sell or divulge in any way The Customer’s contact information or written work.

Editing Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer at any time.
