Q: Do you only offer your services to students?

A: No.  Everyone can use our services.  The same editing rates apply to individuals and businesses, as they do for students.

Q: Will you write my essay for me?

A: No.  We will not assist you in dishonest endeavours.  Moreover, we feel you will learn more by writing the paper yourself.

Q: I need something edited within 24 hours.  Can you accommodate this?

A: We do not traditionally offer such a quick turnaround time; however, depending on how busy we are, we may be able to accommodate you. To request this service please contact us via email (info@editingsolutions.ca) or phone (416-629-4273).

Q: If I’m unsatisfied with your editing services, can I get a refund?

A: Should you be unhappy with our work, please send us an e-mail within one week explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction.  At that time, we will deal with your complaints in a case-specific manner.

Q: Should I read through my work before sending it to you?

A: Absolutely.  By reading through your work you eliminate minor mistakes and ensure that your thoughts are finished, enabling us to focus on intricate weaknesses that you might not have caught.

Q: Should I read through my work after receiving it from you?

A: Absolutely.  We employ the ‘track changes’ feature when editing your papers, so that you can go through and accept or reject any of our suggestions.  We make our recommendations based on years of editing experience; however, that does not mean you will agree with us in every instance.  When all is said and done, it is your paper and you need to decide how you want it to appear.

Q: Can you meet me in person to help me plan my essay?

Q: Can you guarantee me an A?

A: No.  It is impossible for any service to guarantee a minimum grade.

Q: English is not my first language.  Can I still use your services?
